Questions, answered straight

The things people ask before they mail.

What does it cost, total?

Your Neighborhood Report is free if you mail with us: you pay $500 up front and every dollar is credited to your drop. The route builder unlock is $2,000, also credited in full. Pieces run $0.52 to $0.62 each depending on the piece and quantity, print and postage included, so a 10,000-home drop lands around $5,200 to $6,200 all in plus sales tax on the printing. If you decide not to mail, the report is $500, yours to keep.

How fast do pieces land in mailboxes?

Once your design is approved, printing and mail prep typically take a few business days. USPS then delivers to every mailbox on your routes over the following days.

Is there a minimum?

Yes, 5,000 homes per drop. Quantities step in 5,000s from there, and smaller runs carry a slightly higher per-piece print rate than larger ones.

Who designs the piece?

Either of two paths: we design it for you, built around who lives on the routes you picked, or you upload your own design using our templates.

What if I already have a designer?

Perfect. Hand them our template files. They reserve the USPS postage and address space so nothing gets rejected at the mail house, and we check every file before it prints.

Is my customer list safe?

Your list is used for one thing: matching your customers to neighborhood segments so your report shows where you already win. After processing, names, phones, and emails are purged; only neighborhood-level totals remain. Medical businesses sign a BAA before any list is uploaded, and audience exports are disabled for medical accounts.

What areas do you cover?

Any U.S. address. The reports and the route builder run on USPS carrier routes, which cover every neighborhood in the country.

What happens after I order my report?

We build your Neighborhood Report on your actual address, with your customer list folded in if you shared one. You get the full interactive report, just like the samples. Mail with us and the $500 you paid is credited in full, so the report ends up free.
